Regardless of whether Trump wins/runs or not in 2024, he still achieved a very significant win for the fascists by showing just how effective his lies and propaganda can be if you just repeat it enough and have enough financial backers. He is following in Hitler's footsteps nicely and while I don't think Trump will ever be quite as extreme or have a death toll to compete with Mr. Mustache I think there are other republicans who might run in the future and have a shot at it.
