  1.  @whyamimrpink78  You do realize that most landlords, certainly this one, have management teams and custodians to take care of all that stuff right? This guy most certainly doesn't have properties all on the same street within driving distance. Can you even imagine someone with a private plane being called by a tenant "hey my toilet's not working can you come check it out?".

  2. "I sit at home and people pay me just for the opportunity to keep living. Feel bad for me, gas prices went up and now when I take my private plane to Cabo on the weekends it costs 5% more. If these scumbags just like starved their children for a couple months I'd have my vacation coin back."
