  1. Almost all of that $44 billion was actually paid by Twitter itself in the form of debt, so Must actually didn't spend nearly that much for the platform. I think the amount Musk had to personally come up with was "only" a few billion. We live in an insane asylum where you can buy something with it's own money. Corporate takeovers should be illegal, as should billionaires.
