  1. I feel the same at my job. Healthcare. Nothing gets done until you start screaming and throwing your own feces and then 6 hours of meetings with management later after they tell you how unprofessional you are being they finally ask "is there an issue?". Putting the insurance industry in charge of determining patient claims is worse than putting the fox in charge of the hen house. Only thing that matters in this country is what the business interests want.
