  3. Chamath is a scammer. SPAC usually means scam and he's one of the best scammers. Pumps up the price with advertising and hype, the company pays him on top of giving him stock shares so that he makes money whether the company is successful or not, then he dumps it all at the peak of the hype just before everyone finds out about the lies and overexaggerating he sold you on. Just watch some videos on him that explain it better.
