  1. I think there should be a law that says nuns win any legal battles automatically. I've never heard of nuns suing without having very, very good reasons. And accusing a bishop of pure evil is like accusing a puppy of being cute. It's almost always going to be obviously true.

  3. He was impeached before he left office. Only the trial is afterwards. Imagine a murderer using the defense like "I only killed people when I worked at Pizza Hut, I don't work there anymore so you can't try me for those crimes." Besides there are precedents of people being impeached after leaving office anyway. Like Secretary of War William Belknap. So their whole argument is pointless lies. Also, Biden has nothing to do with an impeachment. Nothing. He's not involved, it should not concern him.
