  1. The Citi situation is way different though since they accidentally paid off their debt early. They did not just give random people money, they just accidentally paid a larger portion on their already existing debt payment. (And they didn't over pay either.) Totally different since Blockfi did not owe any debt, especially not 700 BTC to these people.
