  1.  @skylark1848  I think you missed the point. lol They don't avoid overly processed foods. They only eat a few specific processed foods. Like in the video, the guy only ate potato chips, fries and white bread. All are known junk/processed foods and none of which can be considered "whole foods". But I agree. lol eating actual fruits and vegetables is the way to go.
