  1. Okay we all know North Korea is a terrible place, but using Yeonmi Park as an example is not the best journalism. She is clearly a liar since all her stories contradict previous versions told by her. And she came from a pretty well off family anyways. Her dad was some higher up government worker and her mother had designer clothes and bags. And her mother and her have different stories about how everything went down. She's just using outrage politics to make money. Again, I agree that North Korea is a terrible place but she is obviously a bad actor. There are plenty of videos showing her contradicting herself and her mother.
