I do believe most schools are open right now and only shut down when infection rates become a problem. 1 in 4 children are in poverty and almost half can't afford or don't have access to childcare. "well, we just don't know that providing money for childcare or necessary resources for children in poverty is going to help anyone.... and by anyone, I mean me."
