  1.  @rsmith6506  yes because spending money on infrastructure creating millions of jobs somehow has the opposite effect.....??? Also, the voting machines are not connected to the internet and therefore cannot be hacked from anyone in Italy. Also, the bills don't spend the money all at once, that's just moronic, it's over the next ten years for infrastructure and other lengths of time for other bills. Could you possibly get anything more wrong?
