Same, and then we are told that we are just lazy cause we can't do that same thing. And then they criminalize people for losing their house when interest rates go up and companies lay off tens of thousands of workers. Or when covid hit and everyone lost their income/health insurance during a pandemic.

Yeah going to college these days is no different than going to the casino, except that college costs more and you are gambling with your future. Living entirely off of loans for 4-5 years and then hoping that you can get lucky enough to actually get a job that requires that degree and allows you to make enough to pay off those insane loans and be able to afford to live. I keep almost going back to college but then I just can't get over the cost and the anxiety that that amount of debt will feel like crushing all my bones into a pulp. And then I see all my college grad friends and only 1 of them has a job even remotely linked to his degree (which is forestry and he lives in the UP in MI so I think that's a better shot than most degrees).

@Xavier-vr1ku Cuba is actually pretty famous for their healthcare despite all attempts by the US to destabilize their economy and support coups to overthrow the populist government (not to mention putting hits on Prominent Cuban politicians)

These people act like every country lives in a vacuum. Their book never discusses imperialism or the IMF/world bank and wall street extracting all the money from poor countries and keeping them reliant on volatile (and banker-controllable) commodities and sending in the CIA if they start to reject their extraction economy policies. And rich countries own all the technology patents so that poor countries cannot innovate without paying the rich their extraction fee to use the current tech to create new. And the perpetual debt these countries wracked up under dictators that they will never be able to pay off and the IMF will not let them escape it. We are literally charging them for their own torture but yeah no, it's definitely their "backward culture" and whatever.

2 minutes in and you can already tell this is horribly researched. Please take this video down, it is just full of misinformation and lies.

4;15 - "as with all good things, it came to an end"..... But it wasn't a good thing that US corporation and the mob owned almost all of Cuba. On what planet would that ever be considered a good thing?
