  1. How can that guy at 4:15 say "no risk"?!?! Obviously there is risk. PFAS is proven to cause cancer. That's why they tell you to throw your pans away if the coating is scratched. What a ridiculous thing to state.

  2. Veganism would MASSIVELY help. Meat is the main problem. Not only do you have to grow more crops to feed the animals but it exponentially exacerbates everything wrong with current agri business practices. The massive majority of monoculture crops are used as animal feed.

We will never have meaningful change under our current system of capitalism that prioritizes short-term gains at any long-term expense or even just shifting the consequences onto others which many corporations seem to be masters of. Oil companies for instance receive billions in subsidies which take money from poor people and give it to rich shareholders in the form of dividends on top of profiting off of poisoning indigenous populations who can't afford to fight back. (And even when the do win lawsuits like in the Dozinger case, the oil companies just refuse to pay anyways and then throw everyone involved in jail for daring to oppose them.)
