  1. No because they are not challenged until after they vote and most do not even know they have been challenged. Plus the GOP reverses the burden of proof and puts it onto the voter to take time off work to go straighten it out (again, if they even know in the first place). It's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. This old lady should have to prove each case she is contesting.
