  2. Of course the Chamber of Commerce and every other fascist rightwing business organisation have already announced lawsuits to block this. Hopefully they don't succeed. Biden needs to double or triple the FTC's budget stat, they will never have a change to keep up with all the anti-competitive and monopoly behaviour we are seeing in the US today.

  3. I used to work at a mall in which many of the stores had non-competes for literally every job. Folding sweaters is not a trade secret! I just read a story about Jimmy Johns forcing workers to sign these barring them from working basically anywhere in the US for any company that makes any revenue via sandwich sales.
