We should scam wallstreet by registering a plot of land the size of a monopoly board and putting a miniature neighborhood on it to sell them all one at a time for the price of a real house. But we will sell them under an LLC and transfer the money to our "shareholders" and declare bankruptcy as soon as wallstreet tries to sue us.
