  1. Our "health care" system is disgusting! On another note, I feel like a video (or a series even) on consulting firms like McKinsey would make for a great topic as well. These firms seem almost unknown to the average American but are real power brokers and have massive influence in society, then help lay the basis for our entire way of culture/thought so deeply that we literally cannot think outside the box they have drawn in many cases.
