  1. Federal poverty stats are miscalculated just like the unemployment and inflation stats. Federal poverty line is like $15k! So if you make $16k/year you are not considered in poverty. Unemployment-wise we are almost at great depression levels if you include people that have given up looking for jobs and people working part time jobs that can't find full time jobs.

  3. Jesus this is insane! 80 year old sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for stealing some fish and a pan?!?!?! 99% conviction rate! I've heard their defamation laws are insane too. If a lady get's (you know what) she is not allowed to call her attacker a grapist, even if he was convicted of the crime.
