It only creates the spike proteins which are the identification proteins on the outside of the virus (what attaches to your cells but also allows your immune system to identify it as an invader once antibodies are formed). If you have a problem with an inflammation response from your immune system than you'd better hope like hell that you do not get the actual virus... or any virus including a cold for that matter since you clearly have an auto-immune disorder or some other problem with your immune response. Your vascular cells are not going to be attacked because they will not have spike proteins on them. You clearly don't understand the topic. We ALL have virus DNA in all of our cells. They are called retroviruses and they do absolutely nothing as far as we can tell. They are just remnants of ancient viruses that our ancestors had. This does not mean you are going to get a heart attack because of it. Please do your homework before spreading misinformation!

  13. If twitter owns the accounts then they are responsible for anything on the platform right? So any threats of violence etc. are actually illegal acts by twitter. Unlike every other social media platform in which the users own their own accounts and the site cannot be sued or held liable in most cases. If this is really twitters defense then I hope the lawsuits start rolling in soon.

  14. I can't even imagine taking 100 crisis calls/day. I would be calling myself after every shift. They probably get paid like $12/hr too. I did read an article a while ago where they started using AI bots to answer some calls and the bots went crazy and started telling people to go jump off a bridge. So if nobody outside of Musk (or twitter) can actually own their own accounts, I would imagine that would mean that Musk (or twitter) is personally responsible for anything that is posted using those accounts. Any threats of violence or even the lawsuits against Jones could perhaps now also be against Musk since twitter users harassed the shooting victims parents into un-being-alive themselves, but since Musk actually owns all the accounts he would be responsible.

I read Utah republicans have proposed cutting basically all trees in the state in order to "preserve water" since their water source is obviously like 4 years away from being totally depleted. And they think that is somehow going to help the farmers keep growing insane amounts of water sucking alfalfa grown in the desert for animal feed. They could not be more insane if they tried. They will gladly allow Nestle and the Saudis to pump all the water out of the US for a tiny amount of money.

Plus he meant that all baristas are slackers from the get go otherwise he wouldn't have said it. Saying that a single slacker exists somewhere doesn't really make much of a point now does it. And how would people getting an education be slackers? People trying to better themselves and provide more value to society are slackers? What about people who start businesses? They have debt, does that make them slackers too?
