  1. These people's case was entirely made up just like the last one about the gay wedding website that didn't exist for the gay couple that didn't exist. Their basis is that they are being unconstitutionally taxed on money they didn't earn yet or that hasn't been distributed to them yet which is entirely false. They made a crapload of money on a business they own in India. At least some of the money he made from the company was in the form of loan repayments. "He provided the company with short-term infusions of cash that were never used, but were repaid 60 days later with 12% interest." And he was paid tens of thousands for single day "board meetings" in "reimbursements". So he's just mad that he wasn't able to 100% skirt all taxes and he should be investigated for fraud just like the couple with the fake website business.

  3. They treat the constitution like they treat the bible, as a vague book to be reinterpreted in whatever way suits their agenda at the time. Both timeless and also in need on constant reinterpretation.
