  1. I do believe he is using a technical term "airborne" ... something about particle size and how it stays suspended in the air. Also, I think when he says "it's unlikely we will see such big spikes", he probably means as long as no (or no more) vaccine resistant strains pop up, which looking at India is a very real possibility.
