It only creates the spike proteins which are the identification proteins on the outside of the virus (what attaches to your cells but also allows your immune system to identify it as an invader once antibodies are formed). If you have a problem with an inflammation response from your immune system than you'd better hope like hell that you do not get the actual virus... or any virus including a cold for that matter since you clearly have an auto-immune disorder or some other problem with your immune response. Your vascular cells are not going to be attacked because they will not have spike proteins on them. You clearly don't understand the topic. We ALL have virus DNA in all of our cells. They are called retroviruses and they do absolutely nothing as far as we can tell. They are just remnants of ancient viruses that our ancestors had. This does not mean you are going to get a heart attack because of it. Please do your homework before spreading misinformation!
