GOP politicians whole battle here is to say what the people want to hear without saying something their rich donors (or themselves in this case) wouldn't want to hear. They know their actual goals and policies are incredibly harmful and hated by the people but loved by the rich.

@markzuckergecko621 The bad part is that working people have to pick up the tab when billionaires tax rates go to zero otherwise there's no roads or schools or police or firefighters etc. Otherwise the state or city go bankrupt and turn into a disaster zone. There's states that are considered 3rd world where major cities don't have running or clean water.
