  1. Just my anecdotal personal experience I've known a dozen people in their 20's, and teens, that are drowning in medical debt already. Has nothing to do with being lazy. My friend got into an accident and fractured one of his vertebrae in high school and also had kidney stones requiring hospitalization and since his parents didn't have healthcare (both worked full time but couldn't afford it) he had to take on tens of thousands in medical debt before even finishing high school. And he's worked full time since high school but he works at a small business that only employs like 7 people so they don't provide healthcare. And at my last job a met multiple people also in their 20's that had medical debt from things like cancer or autoimmune diseases, two of which had abusive parents that they had to escape in high school and go live on their own and petition the courts to grant them legal emancipation. And this was a factory job where everyone worked at least 50+ hours/week. So they obviously weren't just lazy. The GOP is just sick. The definition of evil.
