  4. He doesn't own any of them. I don't believe he owns any pharma businesses. He just donates to the colleges that do the research and create all the drugs for big pharma to buy up the rights to afterwards. That's why he had so much power over the AstraZeneca vaccine. Cause it was created by Oxford researchers whom get a lot of funding from Gates.
