  1. But Biden isn't not being charged because of his memory. Otherwise Pence WOULD be charged since he doesn't have memory issues and had documents as well. Since Pence isn't being charged and has no memory issues I imagine both Biden and Pence are not being charged because they gave the docs back right away. Or does every report just have to find a reason not to charge them unless you are Trump and refuse to give the docs back until they literally have no choice but to charge you?

  2. I'm don't really wanna defend Biden either but he clearly did not ask what year his son died, kyle is inserting that into the transcript when it doesn't exist. He clearly was asking himself what month, and then said May 30th before someone else said the year. And the quote is not giving us a timeframe here either. Was there 10 minutes of silence before someone else said the year? And anyways many people have difficulty remembering the year family passed away. I can't recall the year pretty much any of my close family members died. I remember the time of year/month. It's not really something you want to think about that often. There's obvious validity to the claim of Biden being in some mental decline but this transcript doesn't sound as bad as some are portraying it to be. And this article is suspiciously written with zero context to any of the very simple, short quotes.
