In my state retain theft has a mandatory 10x payback and that's not counting any fines etc. If I steal a candy bar that costs $4 I have to pay the company back $40 and that's if they don't take me to court for more. Fines for illegal child labor violations should be minimum of 20x and mandatory 10 year in prison for all executives and all the managers that knew/were involved.

So using literal child slave labor in the US is completely legal then. If these kids are not being paid then that's child slave labor and there's no criminal charges and the fine for the corporation is like literally $20.00. Trump out here committing tax and insurance fraud for 40 years and no criminal charges even after being proven in court. But if I steal a candy bar from a gas station I go to jail and my whole life is ruined. This country is disgusting! Biden should be going on about this for days instead of talking about some random thing he remembered from 800 years ago. The DOL is a joke.
