  1. So now that he's sufficiently embezzled enough money he's willing to sell the few remaining assets his company has and declare bankruptcy and play the victim. The feds need to freeze his personal assets and bank accounts like 3 years ago and go through the financials of anyone he sent any substantial amounts of money to.
