They aren't delaying because he can't pay. They are delaying so he can move all his properties and assets to shell companies in FL or perhaps TX for the Texas two step. I've read he has quietly been transferring assets to FL already. He's literally going to pull an Alex Jones and then pretend he didn't and all of his base is going to believe him that he's broke but also a billionaire.
