@Alek Stanton That's an absolutely inhumane approach. What if someone is disabled and they can't work and they don't have parents or don't have parents that can afford to support them? They just starve to death for the crime of being born disabled? I have a cousin that's basically like Stephen Hawking except also very mentally impaired and your world view is sickening.

@Alek Stanton The entire point of having a government is to take care of people in a way that they cannot do themselves. Literally the only point of the existence of government. (Other than for capitalism in which the point is subjugation)

Work requirements at the same time that the FED is saying that they are going to insure the unemployment rate goes up dramatically soon or else... So the government is promising to make economic conditions so unfavorable that you get fired for no other reason than they said so (supposedly to stop wage inflation which has actually been negative for 40 years) and then, so sorry, no health care or food for you because you are unemployed and lazy. It's literally good cop back cop bs. Except without the "good" cop.
