  1. This is a very sly explanation from the pentagon goon. Since we are replacing the equipment (obviously) anyways, we really should be using the higher number. This is just a way for them to squeeze more money out of taxpayers. I mean, does anybody believe for a second that we are going to give Ukraine our missiles etc. and then not restock our own supply? Of course we are.
