  1. If tic tok is a threat to national security then so is google, apple, facebook and the rest. They all sell user data. It's literally their entire business model!!! And besides that, tic tok is already run via American servers by the company Oracle which is a US company and not owned by China. So no matter what angle you look at it the only reason for banning tic tok is to stop people from seeing what is going on in Gaza and trying to suppress the youths ability or organize and witness reality instead of the US governments curated version of it.

Even the notepad that comes pre-downloaded on my phone has access to collect and EDIT all the data on my phone including calls, texts, internet history etc. access to the microphone, pictures, everything! Every app is like that now and google, apple, twitter etc. their entire business model is to sell your data. How does anyone think they do targeted advertising? Go read the permissions on your apps sometime, it's wild.

  5. You are literally on youtube. Their entire business model is selling your data and if China wants to buy it they don't really care. How is tik tok (I'm assuming you meant tik tok and not twitter) any different? Tik tok is all run through US servers through the company Oracle so is literally exactly as safe, or unsafe, as any other US company including google, facebook, twitter, instagram, etc. Hell, look at the permission of the apps on your phone sometime, they can collect all your data and sell it too. Many have permission to edit your data as well.
