  1. That's the whole point! Nothing worked more towards US success than WWII and the Cold War, etc. Sit back and collect unfathomable amounts of cash and economic power while the rest of the world is destroyed. Advances in technology helped the US expand it's imperialist policies while giving the guise of supporting Democracy and independence for small island nation and poor countries.

  2.  @brothersandsistersofvalhalla  Should we put up statues of Charles Manson then? Or the Unibomber, or Ted Bundy, Nixon, Reagan? I mean, they represent bad parts of American history. Not wanting a grand statue for a monster is not erasing history, it's simply not wanting to celebrating their crimes and evil deeds. Maybe move all the horrible statues to a museum somewhere.
