I seen Business Insider framing it as "UPS workers now average $170k/year" because they were saying, oh actually if you count their healthcare coverage as being worth $50/year and then their pension and 401k and paid time off and sick time etc. then it adds up to 170k. Which immediately caused high paid tech workers and others to start complaining, pitting the workers against each other. It's ridiculous. Everybody should be earning a livable wage and these fat cat shareholding executives can suck my balls. We need more unions and also UPS should not be allowed to use mostly part time workers, nor should any other employer.
