  1.  @ph01978  There were non-striking workers there that can do the unloading. And they did. The striking workers did everything in their power to not cause intentional damage to the trucks.

  2. So the trucks "could have been damaged had they not been unloaded in time by non-striking workers at the company". So what standing does the company even have to sue if the trucks were just unloaded by non-striking workers. The striking workers obviously knew there were non-striking workers there to take care of it and did everything they could to prevent the damage. This seems like an open and shut case. Company loses, case closed. This case is a HUGE blow to the right to unionize!
