  3. Sounds like a pitch to raise the stock price now that Trump has a stock on the Nasdaq and needs boatloads of cash. Release some "major" news to bump the stock price, then sell and cash your check and issue more stock to do it over again. If this isn't true they could be hit with more fraud charges and seeing as how I doubt they've even started work on this whole tv thing it's most likely a scheme to goose the stock price. Shareholders could sue too.
