  2. Even without Trumps prior comments and baggage there is literally zero ways to interpret this in any way other than as a dictator saying voting will be a thing of the past. Even if he made the country the greatest ever (yeah right) there would still be voting and there would still be democrats trying to undo Trumps policies. Zero ways to interpret favorably.
