  1. I had a very similar story at my work too. The trainer, who used to take calls before becoming a trainer, bragged about having a heart attack during a call, blacking out, waking back up and finishing the call. And then she wasn't even going to go to the hospital until another coworker called her crazy and made her go. This is in a health insurance call center in the US. I was like wtf? You are proud to almost die for minimum wage? People are brainwashed idiots.
