  2. Trump is NOT telling Elon to go f off. By not making "DOGE" an official government office and Elon not an official gov employee that means Elon won't have to divent of his assets that rely on gov contracts. It's a roundabout way to cut all gov spending while also keeping Elons massive subsidies safe from cuts.
