  1. They didn't rule on the law but they allowed it to take effect until they do rule on it. And they sent it back to the 5th circuit court which then put a stay on the supreme courts order to allow the law to be enforced in the meantime.

  2. This is blatantly unconstitutional racial profiling. The supreme court needs to go, they are clearly making up the constitution as they go to create a fascist utopia at this point.
