  1. So if you can shoot anyone just because you feel "threatened", how is that not just a literal license to kill? "Well, this guy had a gun, just like literally everybody and their baby in the US, so I felt he was a threat and "defended" myself by killing him." If that's all it took then black people should technically be allowed to just mow down cops like they're playing Duke Nukem. But of course it only works that way for republicans.
