  1. So according to the nonsense republican argument, social security is going to go bankrupt in 10 years. But to fix it we need to cut it for anyone that won't even get it for another 40-50 years? How would that help at all? Unless the point is just austerity politics. Punish the children!

  2. Retirement age is already 67, not 65 (you can thank Reagan for that). And life expectancy has gone down, not up.
