  2. People always criticize China for building ghost cities but wtf about these 28 empty houses per homeless person here? It's the same thing as a ghost city, just spread out everywhere instead of centralized in one location. They are both used only as financial assets on paper, kinda like stocks. Stock are an imaginary asset that just allows the elites to steal money from the poor. But it's a rigged system because if you don't invest in stocks or ghost houses then inflation (or simply not taking advantage of growth) will make it so you can never retire.
