  1. Our tax dollars go to blowing them up, not feeding their starving children. Plus this money was theirs anyways, had nothing to do with the US taxpayer. But the US controls most international finance organizations like the IMF so we have the ability to freeze/steal money from any country we want short of prolly China or Russia who would be able to fight back.
