  1. Me too, used to have an account there, then they closed all the banks in the area so I closed my account at the bank in person. Couple weeks later get a notice that I owe a fee for not having the min account balance in my account. Go pay the fee and close the account again and again receive another notice that I owe more fees for the same thing. I had to go in there 3-4 times and start screaming at them before they actually closed my account (to my knowledge). This was like 10 years ago and just a few weeks ago I kid you not they sent me an email this time about my account from a decade ago (this time it wasn't saying I owed money yet though). Hopeless. All the executives need to be put on death row.

  2. It's funny, I literally thought this was the other fraud scheme they are in trouble for right now. They are also guilty of price-fixing in the municipal bond market and accused of $400+ million in damages along with jp morgan, citi, and 6 others. The government is only fining them $68 million to split between the 8 banks charged..... So they are literally only being charged 20% of the profits from their crimes. Of course it wouldn't be the US without the major banks being found guilty of at least 2 separate major crimes per day with consequences so small that they are literally allowed to keep the profits from their criminal endeavors.
