Then the people rose up to overthrow Batista (dictator) and kick the mafia out. Then US tried to assassinate the new government cause they wouldn't lick US boots. When that failed we tried to invade them (Bay of Pigs). When that failed we simply slapped them with trade sanctions and said "good luck only trading with Russia". Because if we can't use poor people as pawns and slaves then we simply ruin them, their very survival is a threat to the nobility of the US. It proves we don't need the Oligarchy.

Just because a handful of people claimed to want equality and then implanted their dictatorships doesn't mean that's what egalitarian means. We don't change the definition of the word just because someone misused it. Hitler claimed to be a socialist but was obviously not for equality. No offense but don't use Fox News definitions, please look them up yourself. Thinking that a place like north Korea or any dictatorship are exemplars of socialism is like eating antimatter for breakfast, it's not going to fill you up. Also, the US is an empire responsible for many atrocities including genocide, many war crimes, supporting/funding military coups and political assassinations, mass forced sterilization, medical experiments on minorities including but not limited to torturing them with deadly viruses, etc. So by your logic we should ban capitalism as well.

Austin is absolutely right, 80+% of the US only allows for single family homes to be built, always meaning that everything is further away from everyone, no public transportation, more roads and parking lots, more waste and traffic. It's an environmental disaster and does not create good communities but instead promotes isolation at the expense of anyone who can't afford the insanely, artificially inflated housing prices.

They've literally used that excuse many times in court too, that they don't actually have a duty to intervene to save people. Like that mass shooting in the Tx school a year or two ago (can't remember name of the town) where all the cops stood around. There's been multiple stories in the last 2 years about cops standing there watching people drown too. And many more.

I don't lose sleep when serial killers die and Mitch has robbed more people of their lives then all the serial killers combined by making sure then never get health insurance and are kicked off the ACA if they have it among many many other crimes against humanity.

Plus, the vaccine is not just about you. Herd immunity dude. Young anti-vax people are way more likely to spread the virus and kill my grandma or help it to mutate into a new strain that is resistant to the current vaccine and potentially more virulent. With all the new strains that have come out in just 1 year, imagine how many more, worse strains will be around in 3 years when some of the world is just starting to get vaccines. The whole thing will start over from square 1, except worse.
