So GM literally threw $5 billion dollars into the toilet instead of paying their workers or innovating new products or bettering their business in any way. Capitalism breeds innovation they said....

Her pay is tied to the workers performance but the workers don't get raises for working hard. Don't worry though, she'll take the raise for the worker, poor people are bad with money anyways, they'd probably just lose it on the way home. They should actually be thanking her for paying them less. Just like all the uncivilized brown people were supposed to thank us everytime we invaded, couped, tortured or enslaved them because the smart white man from the US was just doing them a favor. CEO's should only get paid the same as the bottom worker by law!
