  3. The point about drinking mercury is so stupid. When did people do that? Oh yeah, literally 1,000 years ago before the idea of scientific rigorous investigations even existed. The enlightenment and birth of science was in like the late 1700's to 1800's. And the point about doctors recommending smoking..... has Tim never heard of capitalism? They were literally paid by the cigarette companies to say that and the science was already there proving smoking kills and cig companies saying otherwise is literally the most famous case of a disinformation campaign that exists today. When they say cigarette companies literally wrote the book on disinformation they weren't lying.
