Wow, this guy is an absolute sociopathic monster! Surely the inspector did not sit down with each resident (children included) and explain to them the structural integrity of the building, letting them know that it was their choice to live in an unsafe structure. And even if he did people cannot just pack up their lives and move on a moments notice, that shit costs lots of money.
