  1. Capitalism (and other aspects of our political system) is a positive feedback loop for rightwing ideology. Leftists trying to win/affect positive change in a capitalist two-party system where money=free speech is a very uphill battle. It's like palestinians fighting for freedom or scientists fighting climate change.

Like all of our retirement accounts, instead of pensions, are now 401k's which rely on wall street doing good so people vote against their own individual rights as workers in hope of reaping those gains without understanding that the left creates jobs and keep the economy from imploding by regulating wall street. Then you got anyone that's bought bitcoin or other crypto voting for Trump just cause he promotes it and, again, won't regulate it. Etc. Every single aspect of our system is being crafted by rightwing think tanks to be a self-reinforcing loop to get people to vote against their own best interests in the long run by selling some short-term scam. The housing crisis paradox. Gotta make housing more affordable because nobody under 40 can afford a place to live but if housing becomes affordable then housing prices will drop and everyone that owns a home starts losing money on their "investment". Everything is designed to divide and conquer us.

  3. I agree that dems really need to utilize and invest in the podcast/influencer circuit in order to even hope to compete in the future. Nobody believes or watches mainstream news anymore except republicans watching Fox. Even my mother saw clips of theTrump-Rogan interview and she's never heard of Rogan before that.
